Script/Typesetting review: [Hadena] Minami ke Tadaima – 02 This entry was posted by herkz.
I hear Hadena rushed this episode out. Guess they get to go first.
Is “Minami-ke” a place? I don’t think you can be in it unless it’s a place. (Spoilers: it’s not.)
Hadena in charge of capitalization.
Translating the “ne?” at all just makes this sound retarded. I’d just drop the “you see” part entirely.
Just because they say “This cook book” first in Japanese doesn’t mean you can’t edit it into one goddamn line like, “Haruka-san said she wanted to see this cook book.”
Again, I have no idea why this is two lines. It sounds retarded.
Hey look, another example of where combining the two lines improves the release. Also, his response will actually make sense if combined.
I have no idea what “natural wildness” means when describing a person. Sasuga Hadena.
Comma splices are terrible, terrible things.
What the hell kind of response is this? (She’s responding to the above screenshots.)
I think this karaoke gave me cancer.
ETA til Hadena is no longer listed under “English-translated Anime” on Nyaa.
Using alright is not all right.
Apparently, neither are commas.
Love me some double punctuation.
Mixing “You keep quiet” and “You shut up” together doesn’t really work.
More like “I don’t think he cares what I have to say anyway.”
This is so, so, so, so bad.
I want to try to murder you.
Commas go before direct addresses, Hadena.
Well, you are certainly not a pro on English.
I don’t think that’s a question how you worded it?
That’ll be $50.
I give up. (Only 6 minutes into the episode)
Clearly not important.
Someone is trying to out-jdp jdp.
At least it’s there? Also, holy shit, the mocha is so bad.
Editing: 1/5. Go to jail. Do not collect $200.
Typesetting: F. Bad and/or not there.
Timing: Terrible. Bleeds everywhere. I doubt the timer even knows what a keyframe is.
